Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and onboard national, regional, and local brands for commercial projects.

- Connect with brand owners, franchise owners, expansion heads, and leasing heads.

- Develop relationships with retail brands, franchise operators, and leasing consultants.

- Identify brands from categories such as Fashion, Jewellery, Electronics, Food & Beverage, QSR, Supermarkets, Fitness and Lifestyle.

- Prepare brand acquisition strategies and leasing proposals.

- Negotiate rental terms, security deposits, lock-in periods, and lease agreements.

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

- Maintain a database of prospective brands and leasing opportunities.

- Achieve monthly and annual brand onboarding targets.

- Coordinate with Legal, Marketing, and Project teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 12+ years of experience in Retail Leasing, Mall Leasing, Commercial Real Estate, or Brand Expansion.

- Strong network with national and regional brands.

- Experience in brand acquisition and tenant onboarding.

- Knowledge of commercial leasing and rental negotiations.

- Excellent networking, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Solid business development and relationship management capabilities.
