To manage the overall showroom operations, achieve monthly sales targets, lead the sales team, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain the branch's operational and financial performance.

A. Sales & Target Achievement

- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to improve vehicle sales.
- Monitor daily enquiries, bookings, retail, and vehicle deliveries.
- Ensure proper enquiry management and regular customer follow-ups.
- Identify current business opportunities and generate corporate and fleet customer leads.
- Monitor individual sales executives' performance.

B. Team Management

- Supervise, guide, and motivate the sales team.
- Conduct daily morning meetings and sales performance reviews.
- Allocate targets to individual sales executives.
- Ensure discipline, punctuality, grooming, and proper attendance.
- Identify training requirements and improve team productivity.

C. Customer Relationship Management

- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.




- Monitor customer follow-ups, test drives, and booking conversions.
- Maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.

D. Enquiry & Reporting Management

- Ensure all customer enquiries are properly recorded in the DMS.
- Monitor enquiry conversion ratios and follow-up activities.
- Submit daily sales reports and monthly performance reports to management.
- Monitor lost enquiries and take corrective actions.
- Ensure proper documentation of bookings and vehicle deliveries.

E. Branch Operations

- Ensure the showroom is maintained professionally.
- Monitor vehicle display, cleanliness, and showroom readiness.
- Coordinate with accounts, finance, insurance, registration, and service departments.
- Ensure proper documentation and timely vehicle delivery.
- Follow company policies and management instructions.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
