Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi, MI, responsible for overseeing branch operations, sales performance, and customer service. The role involves managing day-to-day activities such as supervising branch staff, setting targets, monitoring key performance indicators, and ensuring adherence to company policies and processes.

The Branch

Manager will drive business development by identifying opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and promoting ElectroSync Automation’s solutions across industrial automation, switchgear, measurement, and connectivity product lines.

Responsibilities include coordinating with internal departments for inventory,



logistics, and technical support, preparing reports and forecasts, and ensuring timely resolution of customer issues. The role also includes guiding the team through training and performance feedback, fostering a safe, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.

Qualifications

- Strong branch management and operations skills, including team leadership, resource planning, and performance monitoring.
- Proficiency in sales, business development, and customer relationship management within industrial or technical product markets.
- Understanding of industrial automation, electrical switchgear, and related products; ability to discuss technical solutions with clients and internal teams.
- Experience with basic financial management, budgeting, and reporting to track branch profitability and growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
- Ability to organize workflows, prioritize tasks, and solve operational problems in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; equivalent practical experience in a relevant industry is also valued.
- Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role, preferably in industrial automation, electrical distribution, or a similar domain.
- Comfort with using CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication platforms for reporting and coordination.
