Job Title:Sales Branch Manager – ABM motors

Location:Kanjirapally, Kerala.

Job Brief

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Branch Manager to lead our automobile dealership branch in Kanjirapally. You will be responsible for driving overall sales targets, managing daily showroom operations, leading the sales team, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

- sales & Revenue: Set monthly/annual sales targets and implement strategies to increase vehicle sales, accessories, and finance/insurance penetrations.
- Team Leadership:Recruit, train, mentor, and track the daily performance of sales executives.
- Branch Operations: Oversee overall branch activities.
- Customer Relationship Management.





*Requirements & Qualifications,
- Experience: 3–5+ years in automobile sales.
- Education:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline (Automobile / Business field is a plus).
- Languages: Fluent in Malayalam and English.
- Skills:Robust team leadership, negotiation, customer handling, and target-driven mindset.
- License: Valid Driving License (Mandatory).

Compensation & Benefits*

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
