About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Store Manager to oversee day-to-day operations at our Panampilly nagar branch. As our brand expands to a second year, the ideal candidate will take full ownership of the store, ensuring seamless operations, delivering exceptional customer service, managing stock, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities: Daily Operations Management: Oversee smooth opening, closing, and daily functioning of the boutique. Ensure high standards of visual merchandising, store layout, and cleanliness. Handle daily cash transactions, billing, and submit daily sales reports to the boutique owner.

Customer

Service & Sales: Deliver a warm, personalized shopping experience to every customer. Assist customers with styling advice, sizing, and product recommendations. Work actively to meet and exceed monthly sales targets. Address customer inquiries and resolve any service-related issues promptly. Inventory & Stock Control: Track and audit inventory levels regularly to minimize loss and stockouts. Coordinate with the main branch/owner for timely stock replenishment.



Maintain accurate records of incoming stock, custom orders, and alterations.

Team Supervision: Supervise, guide, and support floor staff/sales associates. Manage work schedules and shift rotations.

Key Qualifications &

Skills: Experience: 1–2 years of experience in fashion retail, sales, or boutique management (passionate freshers with a background in fashion/retail are also welcome to apply).

Skills: Excellent interpersonal and customer-handling skills, strong organizational abilities, and basic computer proficiency (POS/billing software, MS Excel).

Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Malayalam (knowledge of Tamil or Hindi is an added advantage).

Personal Attributes: Reliable, trustworthy, self-motivated, with a keen eye for fashion trends and styling.

Salary &

Advantages: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based sales incentives/commissions.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
