About the Role:

We are seeking a reliable, responsible, and proactive Boys’ Hostel Warden to oversee the management, discipline, and security of our student hostel located in Calicut. The Warden will serve as a resident mentor, administrator, and custodian of hostel property, ensuring a safe, hygienic, and well-organized living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Student Discipline & Care: Enforce hostel rules, monitor entry/exit timings, conduct nightly roll calls, and handle student grievances or misconduct with firmness and empathy.
- Facilities & Operations: Oversee room allocations, daily cleanliness, maintenance repairs (coordinating with technicians), and inspect dining/mess facilities.
- Safety & Emergency Response: Act as first responder for student medical emergencies, safety concerns, and campus security protocols.
- Administration & Reporting: Maintain attendance logs, student registers, gate passes, and parent/guardian communications. Coordinate escalation with management when necessary.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience as a Hostel Warden, Caretaker,



or in Facilities Management within educational institutions.
- Residence: Mandatory full-time residential presence (Accommodation provided on-campus).
- Languages: Proficiency in Malayalam and English.
- Skills: Strong leadership, conflict resolution, basic computer knowledge (Excel/Sheets), and crisis management skills.
