Job Title: BMS Engineer

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 3–5 Years

We are looking for a hands-on BMS Engineer to support BMS operations, site surveys and technical assessments for critical facilities at Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct BMS site surveys and technical assessments.
- Evaluate existing BMS systems, controllers, field devices and infrastructure.
- Prepare site survey reports and provide technical inputs for new BMS projects.
- Monitor and troubleshoot BMS systems using Siemens PS05 controllers and Desigo CC.
- Monitor HVAC systems such as CRAC, PAC, PAHU, AHU, VAV and chilled-water systems.
- Monitor temperature, humidity, differential pressure and equipment performance.
- Troubleshoot BMS alarms, communication issues and system faults.
- Verify BACnet and Modbus integrations with third-party systems.
- Coordinate with HVAC, Electrical, NOC and Security teams.
- Review trends, I/O points, schedules and energy consumption.

Required Skills





- Hands-on experience in BMS operations and troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of Siemens BMS and Desigo CC.
- Understanding of Siemens PS05 controllers.
- Valuable knowledge of HVAC systems and critical infrastructure.
- Knowledge of BACnet and Modbus protocols.
- Ability to independently handle site visits and prepare technical reports.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
