Role: 70% Chat Support | 30% Call Support

Cab Facility: One-Side Cab Available

Meal Facility: One-Time Meal Provided

Working Days: 5 Days Working | 2 Rotational Week Offs

Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass

Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Bonus

Communication: Excellent English Communication Skills (Verbal & Written)

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through live chat (70%) and voice calls (30%).
- Provide accurate information and timely resolutions.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Manage multiple chat conversations efficiently.
- Update customer interactions in CRM systems.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written English communication.




- Strong typing speed and accuracy.
- Positive customer-handling and problem-solving skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
