Edifice Consultants Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced BIM Application Specialist to develop, maintain, and enhance the studio's BIM technology infrastructure. The role will focus on Revit standards, templates, content libraries, automation tools, data management, training, and technical support to improve production efficiency and enable project teams to deliver high-quality outputs.

About the Role The BIM Application Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining the studio's BIM technology infrastructure, ensuring consistency in Revit standards, templates, family libraries, and automation workflows.

The role will also involve delivering BIM training, providing technical support to project teams, managing the Common Data Environment (CDE), conducting model audits, and exploring emerging technologies to continuously improve BIM implementation and project delivery efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain Revit standards, project templates, and workflows to ensure consistency and quality across projects.
- Create and curate a comprehensive, well-organised Revit family library, ensuring components are accurately built, properly documented, and actively maintained to support accurate quantity take-offs, data consistency, and long-term library management.
- Identify, build, maintain, and test Dynamo automation scripts and computational workflows to reduce manual effort, improve delivery consistency, and save time in project delivery.
- Design and deliver engaging BIM training programmes tailored to team members at all levels of experience, fostering digital confidence and a culture of continuous learning.




- Provide expert technical support and software troubleshooting to BIM and design stakeholders, enabling efficient resolution of challenges and effective utilisation of BIM tools on live projects.
- Monitor and evaluate emerging BIM technologies and software developments, proactively identifying opportunities to enhance studio capabilities and project delivery quality.
- Collaborate with BIM Managers to align application development and standards with the overall BIM delivery strategy.
- Manage and administer the Common Data Setting (CDE), ensuring project data is structured, accessible, and maintained in line with company and project standards.
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of BIM Execution Plans (BEPs), BIM Protocols, Edifice standards, and model setup best practices.
- Conduct periodic model audits and quality checks to ensure compliance and consistent BIM implementation across studios.
- Take ownership of assigned BIM technology initiatives, ensuring quality, relevance, and timely delivery.
- Continuously develop technical expertise and stay updated with advancements in BIM technology and industry practices.

Role Description

- Develop and maintain BIM tools, templates, and training resources, taking complete ownership of standards, quality, and relevance.
- Coordinate with BIM Managers, project teams, and design stakeholders to ensure BIM technology initiatives are aligned with operational needs and project requirements.
- Deliver all assigned technical outputs and training programmes within agreed timelines and to the highest standards.




- Stay at the forefront of BIM technology by actively engaging with industry forums, software updates, product developments, and emerging tools.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BIM workflows, technical capabilities, and overall project delivery efficiency.

What We're Looking For

- Graduate in Architecture or Engineering with advanced BIM knowledge and relevant experience.
- 4–8 years of experience in BIM technology, implementation, application development, or related roles.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, including family creation, template development, and standards management.
- Strong working knowledge of Dynamo for workflow automation and parametric design.
- Good communication and training delivery skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to non-specialist audiences.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), or equivalent Common Data Environment (CDE) platforms.
- Broader knowledge of the Autodesk AEC product ecosystem.
- Understanding of ISO 19650 information management principles.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving technical challenges.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with BIM Managers, project teams, and other design stakeholders.
- A keen interest in emerging BIM technologies, digital innovation, and continuous professional development.
