: BIM Modeler – Architecture

Job Summary

BIM Global Solutions Private Limited is looking for a skilled BIM Modeler with 2–4 years of experience in architectural BIM modeling, Revit, and construction documentation. The candidate should have experience in developing 3D BIM models, preparing shop drawings, and coordinating with multidisciplinary teams for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
- Prepare architectural drawings, detailed shop drawings, and construction documentation.
- Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to ensure model accuracy and consistency.
- Perform model reviews, quality checks, and clash detection using Navisworks.
- Assist in creating Revit families, schedules, and project documentation.




- Support the preparation of as-built drawings and incorporate design revisions.
- Ensure BIM models meet project requirements, quality standards, and deadlines.

Required Skills

- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
- Working knowledge of Navisworks and BIM coordination.
- Understanding of architectural drawings, interior detailing, and construction documentation. • Knowledge of LOD requirements, BIM standards, and model quality checks.
- Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in architectural BIM modeling, interior fit-outs, shop drawings, and international projects, particularly those following Middle East standards, will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
