About the job - We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Wireline Billing Analyst to join our Finance team. The incumbent will be responsible for end-to-end billing operations across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) including SDU, FTTH, Dark Fiber, OHFC, and Intercompany. The role requires strong coordination with Operations, Sales, and Revenue Assurance (RA) teams to ensure accurate and timely invoice generation, ERP entry, and customer portal submission.

Key Responsibilities

1.Validate Purchase order, check contract rates and opco acceptance documents as per process and raise sales order in books against PO.

2.Maintain complete order book and billable vs. billed.

Master data of delivery to customer to enable billing executive to prepare timely invoice across wireline business (SDU, Dark Fiber, OHFC, FTTH)

3.Forecast PO Requirement for the Quarter Year basis Work Orders in hand.





4.Compare reasons for unbilled and drive resolution with sales and operation to get requisite Purchase order / Hand over details to enable team to raise invoice.

5.Prepare Relevant audit schedule and be spoc to get Audit query resolution.

Drive Revenue Automation across O2C function.

Competencies / Key Skills-

1.Certifications in ERP platforms (SAP FICO, Oracle Financials) are a plus

2.Robust Automation mindset with the ability to handle billing automation projects.

3.Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with Sales, Operations, and Customers.

4.Ability to manage multiple LOBs simultaneously and meet month-end / quarter-end deadlines without compromise.

5.Team player with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, process-driven environment.

Qualifications and Experience

MBA in Finance or CA (Inter) will be an added advantage

6 years of experience in billing, Automation, PO Management and Month end closure & Audit

Prior exposure to telecom / wireline billing (SDU, FTTH, Dark Fiber, or OHFC) preferred.
