Job Summary

Zoic Group, a reputed pharmaceutical group with in-house manufacturing capabilities in Herbal, Nutraceuticals and Cosmetics, is looking for a detail-oriented Billing & Dispatch Executive to manage daily order billing, invoice generation, packing coordination and dispatch operations for its PCD Pharma business.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare sales invoices, bills and order documentation using ERP/software.
- Process customer orders and coordinate with the sales and warehouse teams.
- Manage daily dispatch activities and ensure timely order shipment.
- Coordinate with courier partners and transporters for shipments.
- Generate shipping labels, prepare packing lists and maintain dispatch records.
- Verify product details, quantities, batch numbers and expiry dates before dispatch.
- Maintain proper records of invoices, orders, pending dispatches and deliveries.
- Handle dispatch-related queries and coordinate for smooth order fulfilment.

Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (B.Com preferred).
- 1–3 years of experience in billing, dispatch or order processing, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Basic knowledge of GST invoices and billing procedures.
- Familiarity with MS Excel and billing/ERP software.
- Good coordination, communication and organisational skills.
- Accuracy, attention to detail and ability to manage daily workloads.
