Job Overview

INDOFAST ENERGY PVT. LTD. is looking for experienced and motivated Store Executives / Warehouse Executives for its Whitefield, Bengaluru location. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, dispatch handling, and SAP.

Candidates who can join immediately will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store Operations: Manage day-to-day store and warehouse activities efficiently.
2. Stock & Inventory Management: Maintain accurate stock records, monitor inventory levels, and conduct physical stock verification.
3. SAP Operations: Handle inventory entries, material receipts, stock updates, and transactions in SAP.
4. Dispatch Management: Coordinate daily dispatch activities and ensure timely shipment of materials.
5. Loading & Shipments: Supervise material loading, unloading, and shipment activities.
6. Documentation: Maintain and verify invoices, GRNs, delivery challans,



and other warehouse-related documents.
7. Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners for smooth operations.
8. Safety & Compliance: Follow warehouse safety guidelines and ensure proper material handling.

Eligibility & Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any relevant discipline.
- Hands-on experience in SAP is mandatory.
- Experience in store, warehouse, inventory, and dispatch management.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Understanding of warehouse documentation, including Invoice, GRN, and Delivery Challan.
- Basic computer knowledge and documentation skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Male candidates only.
- Immediate joiners preferred.

Salary & Advantages 25,000 – 35,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.
