Job Responsibilities

- Assist the Bartender in preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

- Prepare mocktails, cocktails, juices, and other beverages as per hotel standards.

- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar counter and equipment.

- Ensure proper storage and handling of beverages, glassware, and bar inventory.

- Take guest orders and provide prompt and courteous service.

- Maintain stock records and report shortages to the senior bartender.

- Follow hotel SOPs, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.

- Coordinate with the F&B; team to ensure smooth bar operations.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 1–2 years of experience in a hotel or restaurant bar preferred.

- Basic knowledge of cocktails, mocktails, and beverage service.

- Good communication and guest-handling skills.

- Presentable personality and professional grooming.

- Ability to work in shifts

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
