The Bar Captain is responsible for supervising daily bar operations, ensuring excellent guest service, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with bar staff to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of bar waiters and bar staff.
2. Welcome guests and ensure prompt, courteous, and qualified service.
3. Take beverage orders and ensure accurate and timely delivery.
4. Maintain proper bar setup, cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
5. Monitor stock levels and coordinate beverage inventory management.
6. Ensure proper billing and compliance with hotel procedures.
7. Train and guide junior bar staff to maintain service quality.
8. Handle guest complaints and resolve service-related issues professionally.
9. Coordinate with the F&B; Manager and other departments for smooth operations.
10. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, safety standards, and applicable liquor regulations.
