Role Description

We are looking for a Backend Engineer for a full-time, on-site opportunity based in Morena, Madhya Pradesh, India.

The role is suitable for fresh graduates and technology professionals interested in backend engineering, software development, REST APIs, databases, microservices, distributed systems, cloud technologies, enterprise applications, automation, and scalable software platforms.

The Backend Engineer will collaborate with software, IT, data, analytics, operations, production, supply chain, finance, sales, and other business teams to design, develop, test, integrate, maintain, troubleshoot, and improve backend services, APIs, database-driven applications, internal platforms, enterprise systems, automation tools, and digital solutions.

Depending on project requirements, the role may involve Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, PHP, Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, REST APIs, SQL and NoSQL databases, microservices, Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Git, Docker, Kubernetes, cloud platforms, automated testing, and CI/CD technologies.

Qualifications

- B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. / BCA / MCA / M.Sc. / M.Tech in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Computer Applications, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related discipline.
- Fresh graduates and experienced candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with 0–5 years of experience in backend engineering, backend development, software engineering, application development, API development, web services, enterprise software, or related technology roles can apply.
- Candidates currently working as Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, Backend Software Engineer, Backend Software Developer, Software Engineer, Software Developer, API Developer, Application Developer, Java Backend Engineer, Python Backend Engineer, Node.js Developer, Associate Backend Engineer, Junior Backend Engineer, Graduate Software Engineer, or similar roles are encouraged to apply.




- Candidates from IT services, SaaS, product companies, technology, consulting, e-commerce, fintech, telecom, analytics, manufacturing, logistics, FMCG, startups, or other industries are welcome.
- Basic to good knowledge of one or more backend programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, Go, PHP, C , or similar technologies.
- Understanding of programming fundamentals, object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, functions, classes, exception handling, debugging, modular development, and clean coding practices.
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Spring Boot, Django, Flask, FastAPI, Node.js, Express.js, .NET, or similar technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic to good understanding of REST APIs, JSON, HTTP/HTTPS, web services, request-response architecture, API design, API integration, authentication, and authorization.
- Familiarity with SQL and relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, or SQLite will be beneficial.
- Understanding of database schemas, tables, primary and foreign keys, joins, normalization, CRUD operations, transactions, indexing, queries, and basic query optimization will be advantageous.
- Exposure to MongoDB, Redis, Firebase, or other NoSQL and caching technologies will be considered an additional advantage.
- Exposure to microservices architecture, distributed systems, service-oriented architecture, scalable backend services, high-availability applications, or event-driven systems will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Familiarity with Git, GitHub, version control, branching, pull requests, code reviews, debugging, and collaborative software-development workflows.
- Exposure to JUnit, PyTest, Jest, Mockito, TestNG, Postman, unit testing, API testing, integration testing, or automated testing will be advantageous.
- Exposure to Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis, caching, message queues, asynchronous processing, background workers, scheduled jobs, or event-driven architecture will be considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CI/CD, or similar cloud and DevOps technologies will be beneficial.
- Basic understanding of Linux, command-line tools, application deployment,



environment configuration, logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production-support concepts will be advantageous.
- Familiarity with OAuth, JWT, role-based access control, secure coding, API security, input validation, authentication, authorization, encryption, and application-security concepts will be beneficial.
- Exposure to ORM technologies such as Hibernate, JPA, SQLAlchemy, Entity Framework, Sequelize, Prisma, or similar technologies will be advantageous.
- Understanding of repositories, persistence layers, entity relationships, transaction management, database connectivity, and backend data-access patterns will be beneficial.
- Exposure to backend performance optimization, caching strategies, connection pooling, database tuning, scalability, reliability, observability, monitoring, and performance troubleshooting will be advantageous.
- Exposure to serverless technologies, containerized applications, cloud-native services, distributed applications, or scalable infrastructure will be beneficial but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to frontend technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue.js, or Next.js will be considered an additional advantage but is not mandatory.
- Exposure to automation, data engineering, analytics, AI/ML, generative AI, ERP, CRM, dashboards, reporting systems, or enterprise applications will be beneficial but is not required.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, Jira, SDLC, requirements gathering, user stories, sprint planning, technical documentation, or issue tracking will be advantageous.
- Good analytical, logical, debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication, documentation, collaboration, and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to understand business and technical requirements and translate them into practical, scalable, reliable, maintainable, and secure backend solutions.
- Willingness to work in an in office environment.
- Internship experience, academic projects, backend projects, API projects, database projects, microservices projects, GitHub repositories, hackathons, freelance assignments, startup projects, or open-source contributions will be considered positively but are not mandatory.
- Candidates without previous full-time backend-engineering experience can also apply.
- Strong willingness to learn new programming languages, backend frameworks, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, testing technologies, and modern software-engineering practices.
