1. Job Purpose To manage and grow B2B business by maintaining strong relationships with existing corporate/institutional clients and acquiring recent B2B accounts to achieve revenue and volume targets.

2. Key Responsibilities

A. Existing Customer Management

1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all existing B2B customers
2. Understand client requirements and ensure timely order execution with Production, QC, and Logistics
3. Drive repeat orders and increase wallet share from existing accounts
4. Handle customer queries, complaints, pricing discussions, and contract renewals
5. Conduct regular client visits/meetings to maintain strong business relationships
6. Track receivables, payments, and ensure smooth billing & collections

B. New Business Development

1. Identify and prospect new B2B customers across Corporate, Uniform, Institutions, Retail Chains.
2. Generate leads through market research, references, trade fairs, and digital channels
3. Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate deals to close new accounts
4.



Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly/quarterly revenue targets
5. Build network with decision makers and key stakeholders in target industries
6. Maintain competitor analysis and market trends report

C. Operations & Reporting

1. Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, and Accounts for order processing
2. Maintain CRM/Database with client details, follow-ups, and deal status
3. Prepare weekly sales reports, forecasts, and business review presentations
4. Ensure compliance to company policies, pricing, and credit norms

3. Key Skills & Competencies

1. Strong B2B sales and relationship management skills
2. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
3. Self-driven with hunting and farming mindset
4. Good understanding of apparel/textile/manufacturing products preferred
5. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and presentations
6. Visiting the client place (Client Servicing)
