Infinity Learn, an edtech venture backed by Sri Chaitanya’s 36+ years of educational expertise, is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented B2B- Online Execution Associate to join its K-12 Education Program Division.

The role involves online Olympiad execution, examination coordination, school engagement, student participation management, and operational support. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with schools, teachers, students, and internal teams to ensure the smooth and timely execution of the FREE SCORE / Genius Olympiad through online platforms.

Work Location: Bangalore

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO) – Bangalore

Working Days: Monday to Saturday | Sunday Off

Key Responsibilities

- Online Olympiad Execution & Coordination
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end online execution of FREE SCORE / Genius Olympiad.
- Connect with schools, teachers, coordinators, and students to communicate examination schedules and guidelines.
- Coordinate with school authorities to finalize exam dates, timings, student participation, and examination requirements.
- Ensure students receive proper instructions for accessing and attempting online examinations.
- Monitor online examination activities and ensure smooth execution as per the planned schedule.
- Provide timely assistance to schools and students in resolving login, access, and examination-related queries.
- Ensure examination guidelines and timelines are followed throughout the execution process.
- School & Stakeholder Coordination
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Principals, Vice Principals, School Owners, Coordinators, Teachers, and Administrators.
- Coordinate with school representatives for smooth implementation of online Olympiad programs.
- Share examination instructions, student details, schedules, and other relevant information with schools.




- Conduct regular follow-ups with schools to ensure maximum student participation.
- Address school-related queries and coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution.
- Online Operations & Technical Support
- Manage online examination platforms and coordinate the execution process.
- Assist schools and students with registration, login credentials, examination links, and technical issues.
- Track student registrations, examination attendance, and participation status.
- Coordinate with the technical and operations teams to resolve platform-related challenges.
- Ensure accurate student data, examination records, and participation reports.
- Monitor examination progress and escalate operational issues whenever required.
- Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain daily reports of school coordination, student registrations, and examination execution.
- Track school-wise and student-wise participation and completion status.
- Prepare and share execution updates with the reporting manager.
- Maintain accurate records of examination schedules, student data, and operational activities.
- Ensure timely reporting, documentation, and closure of assigned tasks.

Qualifications & Preferred Experience
- Graduation or B.Tech preferred; MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in online examination operations, academic operations, EdTech operations, school coordination, or customer support.
- Experience working with K-12 EdTech companies is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Meet, and online platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple activities, follow timelines, and coordinate with different stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a quick-paced environment.
- Comfortable working from the Bangalore office (WFO).
