IT Integrations Architect / Developer to design, develop, and implement integration solutions that connect multiple enterprise applications across our technology landscape. This role is responsible for building scalable, secure, and reliable integrations using the Azure Integration Framework and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), ensuring seamless data flow and process automation across the organization's systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Architect, design, and develop end-to-end integration solutions spanning multiple applications, systems, and platforms
- Build and maintain integrations using Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid) and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Translate business requirements into technical integration designs, including data mapping, transformation logic, and error-handling strategies
- Develop and manage APIs, web services, and middleware connections supporting both real-time and batch integration patterns
- Collaborate with application owners, business analysts, and cross-functional IT teams to gather requirements and align integration solutions with business goals
- Troubleshoot, monitor, and optimize existing integrations for performance, reliability, and scalability
- Establish and maintain integration standards, best practices, documentation, and reusable frameworks/templates
- Ensure integration solutions adhere to security, compliance, and data governance requirements




- Participate in architecture reviews and provide technical guidance on integration strategy and platform selection
- Support testing, deployment, and post-implementation support of integration solutions
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented engineering culture

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years of experience developing and implementing integration solutions spanning multiple applications/systems
- Hands-on experience with the Azure Integration Framework (Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Azure Functions, Event Grid, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Strong understanding of integration patterns (real-time, batch, pub/sub, event-driven architecture)
- Experience designing and consuming REST/SOAP APIs and working with JSON/XML data formats
- Solid understanding of security protocols relevant to integrations (OAuth2, SSL/TLS, API key management, etc.)
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex, multi-system issues
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented approach to work
- Ability to document technical designs clearly for both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience integrating with Fleet Management Systems
- Experience with Oracle Fusion (ERP/HCM/SCM modules)
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for integration deployments
- Familiarity with data integration/ETL tools and database technologies (SQL, PL/SQL)
- Relevant certifications (Microsoft Azure, Oracle Integration Cloud, etc.)
