Job Role & Responsibility / Skills

- Design, develop, and maintain ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Develop and manage data integration workflows across multiple data sources.
- Build, schedule, and monitor ADF pipelines for efficient data processing.
- Work with Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS), and other Azure services.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and data transformations.
- Implement data ingestion, transformation, and loading processes.
- Troubleshoot pipeline failures and resolve data integration issues.
- Monitor and optimize pipeline performance.
- Collaborate with data engineers,



architects, and business teams to understand data requirements.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and security throughout the data integration process.

Skills

- 4+ years of relevant experience in data engineering or ETL development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory (ADF).
- Proficiency in SQL and stored procedures.
- Experience with Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS).
- Valuable knowledge of ETL/ELT processes and data integration.
- Experience in building and managing ADF pipelines.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and performance optimization skills.
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities.

Good to Have

- Experience with Azure Databricks and PySpark.
- Knowledge of Azure Synapse Analytics.
- Experience with Python scripting.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric.
- Experience with Git and version control.
- Knowledge of data migration and cloud-based data solutions.
