Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support enterprise-scale Azure production infrastructure.
- Handle L3 support and escalation-level technical issues across Azure IaaS, PaaS, networking, and security.
- Troubleshoot complex infrastructure, connectivity, storage, and performance-related issues.
- Lead resolution of high-severity production incidents and outages.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
- Manage hybrid connectivity and identity-related configurations.
- Monitor cloud infrastructure using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights.
- Implement cloud security controls and ensure infrastructure compliance.




- Automate repetitive infrastructure operations using PowerShell and Azure CLI.
- Collaborate with infrastructure, application, security, and operations teams.

Required Experience

- Robust hands-on experience managing Azure cloud infrastructure in enterprise production environments.
- Proven experience in L3 support, incident management, and complex troubleshooting.
- Experience handling critical production outages and technical escalations.
- Strong understanding of Azure networking, security, compute, storage, and PaaS services.
- Excellent RCA, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
