Job Overview

We are looking for experienced AxiomSL / ControllerView Developers to support the implementation, customization, and enhancement of regulatory reporting solutions for banking and financial services clients.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with the Axiom ControllerView platform, a positive understanding of regulatory reporting requirements, and experience in client-specific and jurisdiction-specific implementations.

Candidates with experience in Nasdaq RegCloud, migration from on-premise AxiomSL to RegCloud, and regulatory reporting frameworks will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

1. Support AxiomSL implementation and enhancement activities across the complete project lifecycle.
2. Participate in client discovery workshops, requirement gathering, and solution design discussions.
3. Configure and customize Axiom ControllerView solutions based on client and regulatory requirements.
4. Collaborate with Nasdaq stakeholders, clients, solution architects, and subject matter experts.
5. Analyze client data and implement appropriate regulatory reporting solutions.
6. Perform hands-on development using Axiom ControllerView and related technologies.

Participate in development, unit testing, integration testing, and production support.
8. Support migration activities from on-premise AxiomSL to Nasdaq RegCloud.
9. Provide expertise across Capital Risk, Local Regulatory Reporting, Trade and Transaction Reporting, GSD Reporting, FinReg, and FINSTAT.
10. Deliver end-user training and provide technical and functional support.
11. Stay updated with regulatory reporting requirements and industry developments.
12. Follow SDLC best practices and maintain accurate technical and functional documentation.

Nice-to-Have Skills

JIRA, MS Office, Agile Methodologies, Scrum, Certified Scrum Master, RegTech Solutions, Cloud Computing Fundamentals, Cloud Migration, XBRL, XML.

Experience Required

- 4–7 years of overall AxiomSL implementation experience.
- Minimum 2.5 years of hands-on Axiom development experience.
- Experience with Axiom ControllerView v9/v10.
- Experience with Nasdaq RegCloud or on-premise AxiomSL to RegCloud migration.
- Banking, financial services or capital markets domain experience.
