Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced AWS Agentic AI Developer / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and intelligent AI workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Agentic AI architectures, and Kiro for spec-driven development. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership, solution design, implementation, and delivery while guiding engineering teams in adopting modern Agentic AI development practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Build intelligent AI agents, multi-agent systems, and autonomous agentic workflows.
- Leverage Kiro for spec-driven development, including creating specifications, steering files, and development workflows.
- Define and implement scalable, secure, and reliable Agentic AI architectures.
- Take end-to-end ownership of solution design, development, testing, deployment, and implementation.
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, databases,



and external services.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on AWS AgentCore, Kiro, and Agentic AI best practices.
- Drive technical decisions, architecture discussions, and implementation strategies.
- Ensure performance, scalability, security, and reliability of AI-powered applications.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Mandatory Technical Skills
1. AWS Bedrock AgentCore: Hands-on experience in building, deploying, and managing AI agents using AWS AgentCore.
2. Agentic AI: Strong understanding of Agentic AI architectures, autonomous agents, multi-agent systems, and agentic workflows.
3. Kiro: Practical experience with Kiro IDE, spec-driven development, and setting up steering files.
4. Technical Leadership: Ability to lead AI development initiatives, take ownership, and guide team members in implementing Agentic AI solutions.
5. AWS Ecosystem: Strong understanding of AWS cloud services and AI/ML solution development.

Good-to-Have Skills
- Experience working with Snowflake and data integration.
- Exposure to Asset Management or Financial Services domain.
- Experience building enterprise-scale AI applications and intelligent automation workflows.
- Knowledge of AI governance, security, and responsible AI implementation.
