Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced AWS Agentic AI Developer / Technical Lead to lead the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and intelligent AI workflows.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in AWS Bedrock, AWS Bedrock AgentCore, and Kiro, with experience in building autonomous AI agents, designing agentic workflows, and implementing spec-driven development practices.

The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end technical ownership, solution architecture, development, and delivery while guiding engineering teams on Agentic AI implementation and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement enterprise-grade Agentic AI solutions and AI-powered workflows using AWS services.
- Build, configure, and deploy AI agents using AWS Bedrock and AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Develop and orchestrate multi-agent systems, autonomous agents, and agentic workflows.
- Leverage Kiro for spec-driven development, including creating and managing steering files, specifications, and development workflows.
- Define technical architecture, development standards, and best practices for Agentic AI solutions.
- Take end-to-end ownership of solution design, development, testing, deployment, and delivery.




- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members on AWS AgentCore, Kiro, and Agentic AI development.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable AI-driven solutions.
- Ensure solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, reliability, and performance.
- Troubleshoot and optimize AI agents, workflows, and integrations.

Mandatory Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore.
- Strong experience in Kiro, particularly spec-driven development and setting up steering files.
- Experience in developing and implementing Agentic AI solutions and AI workflows.
- Strong understanding of AI agents, agent orchestration, and autonomous AI systems.
- Ability to take technical ownership and guide development teams.

Good to Have
- Experience with Snowflake and its integration with AI solutions.
- Previous experience in the Asset Management / Financial Services domain.
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-scale AI solutions.
