Your Role
You’ll be the principal technical leader of our AI team. You’ll set the technical direction, write a meaningful share of the critical code, and make sure ambitious AI x Quant ideas reach users. One week you’re designing an agent evaluation harness; the next you’re deciding whether to build, buy or fine-tune, or untangling a launch that spans mobile, data, compliance and design. You’ll work directly with leadership to shape what we build, then lead the team that builds it.
Qualifiers
- Hands-on builder who also leads, mentors and sets the technical bar for ML & AI products.
- Solid data and ML infrastructure skills.
- Quant background or a genuine passion for quantitative trading is a big plus.
- Experience leading a team of ML & AI engineers.
