AutoCAD Draftsman (Interior & MEP)

Qualification: Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Interior Design or equivalent.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced AutoCAD Draftsman with hands-on experience in Interior Design, Architectural and MEP drawings. The candidate should be proficient in preparing detailed technical drawings, layouts and execution drawings for building and interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare 2D AutoCAD drawings for interior, architectural and MEP works.
- Develop floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed interior layouts.
- Prepare electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other MEP service drawings.
- Prepare working drawings, execution drawings and as-built drawings.
- Coordinate with architects, interior designers and MEP engineers.
- Incorporate site changes and revise drawings as per project requirements.
- Ensure accuracy,



detailing and timely submission of drawings.
- Coordinate with site teams to resolve drawing-related queries.

Required Skills

- Solid hands-on experience in AutoCAD 2D.
- Knowledge of interior layouts, furniture layouts, false ceilings and detailed sections.
- Understanding of MEP drawings, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
- Knowledge of building construction and interior execution.
- Good coordination and technical drawing skills.

Educational Qualification Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Architectural Assistantship or Interior Design.

Preference: Candidates with combined experience in Interior Drafting and MEP Drafting will be preferred.
