Company Description A & A Design Studio is an interior architectural firm specializing in end-to-end design and execution for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. The studio delivers detailed solutions across electrical layouts, flooring plans, bedroom and bathroom design, wall treatments, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and custom furniture. Team members collaborate closely with clients, vendors, suppliers, and contractors, preparing working drawings, BOQs, and conducting site visits as needed.

The company focuses on modern and modular concepts with strong utility, quality workmanship, and timely project completion across showrooms, hotels, offices, hospitals, factories, and landscape design.

Role Description The Autocad Designer will work on creating precise architectural and interior drawings, including layouts for residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing detailed construction drawings, space plans, furniture layouts, and service drawings in AutoCAD, based on client requirements and design concepts. The role involves coordinating with designers and project managers, updating drawings after site visits,



and ensuring that plans align with structural, electrical, and plumbing needs.

The Autocad

Designer will also support BOQ preparation and help maintain drawing standards and documentation. This is a full-time, in office role located in Daskroi.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Architectural Drawings and Construction Drawings.
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Drawing and Space Planning.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and project teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD (2D/3D); knowledge of other design tools such as SketchUp or Revit is an advantage.
- Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Attention to detail, ability to interpret design concepts into working drawings, and familiarity with materials and basic construction practices.
- Experience in interior or architectural projects, including residential and commercial spaces, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple drawings simultaneously, and meet project deadlines.
