Role Description The Audit Manager will lead and execute statutory, internal, and special audits, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all engagements. This full time, on-site role is based in Mangaluru and includes planning audit scopes, reviewing financial statements, assessing internal controls, and identifying areas for process improvement.

The Audit

Manager will supervise audit teams, allocate tasks, provide guidance, and conduct quality reviews of working papers and reports. The role involves liaising with clients to clarify audit findings, resolve issues, and present clear recommendations,



while staying current with accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and firm policies.

Manager will also contribute to training team members and enhancing audit methodologies and tools.

Qualifications

- Strong accounting and finance knowledge, including practical experience with Accounting and Finance principles.
- Proficiency in financial reporting and review, including working with Financial Statements and related disclosures.
- Hands-on experience in Financial Audits, including planning, execution, documentation, and reporting.
- Well-developed Analytical Skills to interpret complex data, assess risks, and draw sound conclusions.
- Professional qualification such as Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent; additional certifications in audit or taxation are an advantage.
- Experience managing audit teams, coordinating multiple engagements, and meeting deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to ethical and compliant practices.
- Proficiency with audit tools and accounting software; familiarity with relevant regulatory and tax frameworks.
