Job Title: Associate Microsoft 365 Consultant

Trasol Technologies is looking for an Associate Microsoft 365 Consultant with 1–2 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft 365 administration, Google Workspace and cloud technologies.

The candidate will assist in managing Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, performing email and tenant migrations, configuring cloud services and supporting client implementations.

Key Responsibilities

Administer Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams and OneDrive.

Manage user accounts, licenses, groups and permissions.

Support Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Intune/MDM and Conditional Access.

Manage Google Workspace users, Gmail, Drive and administrative settings.

Assist with email and tenant migrations between Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.

Support SharePoint, OneDrive and IMAP migrations.

Configure and troubleshoot DNS records, SPF,



DKIM and DMARC.

Assist with Power Automate workflows and basic automation.

Troubleshoot technical issues and provide post-migration support.

Coordinate with senior consultants on client implementations and project delivery.

Required Skills

1–2 years of relevant experience in Microsoft 365 or Cloud Administration.

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Exchange Online.

Basic knowledge of Google Workspace Administration.

Understanding of Microsoft Entra ID and Intune.

Knowledge of email migration and DNS configuration.

Basic understanding of PowerShell and Power Automate is preferred.

Positive communication and troubleshooting skills.

Preferred Candidate

Candidates with hands-on Microsoft 365 administration experience.

Candidates with exposure to Google Workspace and email migrations.

Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period.
