– Associate Manager (Mechanical)

Location: Badnawar Grinding Unit, Madhya Pradesh

Department: Mechanical Maintenance

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering

Experience: 6–10 Years (Cement Industry Preferred)

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure smooth operation and maintenance of all mechanical equipment.

· Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.

· Monitor maintenance of cement mills, separators, conveyors, bucket elevators, belt conveyors, fans, compressors and packing plant equipment.

· Plan and execute shutdown maintenance activities.

· Ensure equipment reliability and minimize breakdowns.

· Coordinate with production, electrical and instrumentation departments.

· Maintain critical spares and maintenance records.

· Implement safety standards,



LOTO and permit-to-work procedures.

· Focus on reducing maintenance costs and improving equipment availability.

Technical Skills

· Knowledge of cement grinding plant equipment.

· Experience in bearings, gearboxes, lubrication, alignment and vibration analysis.

· Knowledge of SAP PM and maintenance planning.

· Valuable troubleshooting and team management skills.

Key Performance Indicators

· Equipment availability and reliability.

· Reduction in breakdowns and maintenance costs.

· Preventive maintenance compliance.

· Shutdown execution within planned time.

· Safety compliance
