JOB PURPOSE

Complete Technology support in design, deploy, and maintaining cellular networks and RF infrastructure for smart meters to Operations team for the said location.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsibilities

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

SAT / SLA Approval of each meter lot from Discom.

To conduct monthly SAT for the maximum meter numbers possible by solid coordination with operations team.

Lead designing, deploying, and maintaining cellular networks and RF infrastructure

Liaison with TSP and SIs for troubleshooting and resolving network issues and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Liaison with TSP and SIs for signal strength improvements in low signal area

Project SLAs should be met on daily / monthly basis.

Hardware, Software, Communication Tech vendor/partners, Network service providers

Technology Head, Head IT, Operations Head team, Business Team (If required)

Clear demarcation of the responsibly in case of any field failure

EDUCATION QUALIFICATIONS

B.Tech (Preferably Computer Science) / MCA

RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

6-8 years of total experience in communications domain (Cellular / RF)

Candidate be proficient in using tools such as planning and optimization software

Sound knowledge of MPLS, ILL and LAN topology and security, and familiar with the regulatory environment of the telecommunications industry
