Role Description The Associate role is a full-time, on-site position based in Harihar. The Associate will greet and engage customers in the showroom, understand their vehicle needs, and assist in matching them with suitable new or pre-owned cars. Daily tasks include explaining product features and pricing, coordinating test drives, preparing basic sales documentation, and supporting follow-up communication with potential buyers.

The Associate will also help maintain the display area, update vehicle information, and collaborate with senior sales and administrative staff to ensure a smooth buying experience.



This role involves regular interaction with customers, so a professional demeanor and customer-focused mindset are essential.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic sales and negotiation skills, including comfort discussing pricing, offers, and product benefits.
- Good communication skills in spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Ability to learn and explain vehicle features, financing options, and dealership processes clearly.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on meeting individual and team targets.
- Basic computer literacy for handling records, email, and simple documentation; experience with sales or CRM tools is a plus.

- Prior experience in automotive sales, retail, or customer-facing roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
