1. Desktop & IT Support

> ● Provide first-level and second-level technical support to users.

> ● Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, hardware, printer, network, and application-related

> issues.

> ● Handle regular user IT support and system troubleshooting.

> ● Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, peripherals, and other IT

> equipment.

> ● Troubleshoot system performance, connectivity, and basic application issues.

> ● Maintain proper documentation of IT incidents and resolutions.

2. Active Directory & User Management

> ● Basic knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory.

> ● Create, modify, disable, and manage user accounts as per company requirements.

> ● Troubleshoot domain login, password, permissions, and group-related issues.

> ● Understand basic OU, Security Groups, Group Policy, and domain-joined systems.

> ● Assist with user onboarding and offboarding activities.

> 3. Virtualization & Hyper-V

> ● Basic hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Hyper-V.

> ● Create, configure, and manage Virtual Machines.

> ● Understand VM CPU, RAM, disk, network adapter, and virtual switch configuration.

> ● Perform basic VM troubleshooting.

> ● Assist with VM migration, cloning, snapshots/checkpoints, and related activities.

> ● Basic understanding of Hyper-V host and VM resource utilization.

> 4. Networking

> ● Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as:

> ○ TCP/IP





> ○ DNS

> ○ DHCP

> ○ VLAN

> ○ IP addressing

> ○ Gateway and subnetting

> ● Basic hands-on knowledge of Cisco managed switches.

> ● Configure and troubleshoot basic switch ports.

> ● Basic understanding of VLANs and network connectivity.

> ● Troubleshoot LAN and internet connectivity issues.

> ● Basic knowledge of Wi-Fi Access Points and troubleshooting.

> 5. Firewall & Security

> ● Basic understanding of firewall concepts and policies.

> ● Basic knowledge of firewall administration and troubleshooting.

> ● Understand concepts such as NAT, security policies, VPN, application control, and traffic

> logs.

> ● Assist in troubleshooting firewall-related connectivity issues.

> ● Follow IT security policies and maintain secure IT infrastructure.

> 6. IT Infrastructure Support

> ● Monitor and support day-to-day IT infrastructure operations.

> ● Coordinate with vendors for hardware, networking, internet, and infrastructure-related

> issues.

> ● Maintain IT asset and inventory records.

> ● Assist in server, network, and infrastructure-related activities.

> ● Support IT infrastructure projects and office setup activities when required.

Basic Qualifications:

- MS or BS degree in Computer Science or other related fields with 0 - 1 year of experience.
- Solid communication skills.
