Role & responsibilities An Assistant Team Lead (ATL) - Last Mile at Delhivery Limited manages daily delivery center (DC), warehouse, and last-mile logistics operations while supporting the Team Lead. [1]Key Responsibilities

- Operations Management: Oversee inbound and outbound shipment processing, first-mile/last-mile/reverse pickups, sorting, scanning, route planning, load optimization, and Cash on Delivery (COD) reconciliation.
- Team Handling: Supervise warehouse staff, field delivery executives, and vendor labor; manage shift rosters and attendance; conduct daily huddles; and lead shifts independently when required.
- Performance Metrics: Track and drive key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Turnaround Time (TAT), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), delivery success rates, and Return-to-Origin (RTO) metrics while minimizing errors and Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs).
- Reporting & Compliance: Maintain daily Management Information System (MIS) reports using MS Excel, handle operational escalations, resolve delivery delays,



and enforce workplace safety and security SOPs

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduation or diploma preferred in logistics, supply chain, business, or a related field (though adaptable based on practical experience).
- Experience: Generally 0 to 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, supply chain, or e-commerce operations (freshers are preferred).
- Key Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel/dashboards, strong leadership and communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and basic knowledge of local languages
