Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service.

- Oversee sales team performance and provide guidance on luxury watches, perfumes, shoes, clothing, apparel, retail sales, and lifestyle products.

- Ensure effective communication with customers to drive sales growth and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

- Conduct regular stock audits to prevent shrinkage and optimize inventory levels.

- Collaborate with other departments (e.g., marketing) to develop promotional strategies that drive business results.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers at all levels.

- Robust knowledge of luxury watches, perfumes, shoes, clothing, apparel, retail sales, and lifestyle products.

- 3-7 years of experience in a similar role within the retail industry.
