Job Summary

Techno Group of Higher Studies is seeking a qualified, dedicated, and passionate Assistant Professor in Mathematics to join its academic team. The candidate should have strong subject knowledge, excellent teaching abilities, and a commitment to academic excellence and student development.

Teaching Responsibilities

- Teach Mathematics to students of B.Sc., M.Sc. and BCA programmes.
- Deliver lectures according to the prescribed university curriculum.
- Explain mathematical concepts and their practical applications.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, assignments, and study materials.
- Conduct regular classes, tutorials, and doubt-clearing sessions.
- Guide students in academic projects and subject-related activities.
- Evaluate students through tests, assignments, and examinations.
- Ensure effective classroom engagement and timely syllabus completion.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop effective teaching methodologies to enhance student learning.
- Maintain academic records, attendance, and student performance reports.
- Mentor students and support their academic development.
- Participate in departmental meetings, seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.




- Contribute to curriculum development and academic improvement.
- Participate in research activities and other academic initiatives.

Educational Qualifications
- Master's degree (M.Sc.) in Mathematics with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade.
- NET/SET qualification or Ph.D. in Mathematics, as applicable under UGC/AICTE norms.

Experience & Eligibility Criteria
- Ph.D. holders in Mathematics are encouraged to apply.
- Non-Ph.D. candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of relevant teaching experience.
- Freshers without a Ph.D. are not eligible.
- Candidates must possess strong subject knowledge and effective teaching skills.

- Excellent command over Mathematics and its concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Effective classroom management and student engagement abilities.
- Valuable presentation and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of modern teaching methodologies and digital teaching tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with the academic team.
