Role Description The Assistant role at Physio Plus is a full time, on-site position based in Palghat. The Assistant supports clinical and administrative operations by helping prepare treatment areas, assisting with patient intake, organizing records, and ensuring smooth appointment flow. Daily tasks may include coordinating schedules, managing patient files, guiding visitors, and providing basic non-clinical support to therapists during sessions.

The role also involves maintaining cleanliness and safety in treatment spaces,



handling routine communication with patients, and collaborating with the team to deliver a professional and welcoming experience. The Assistant is expected to follow established procedures, respect confidentiality, and contribute to a supportive and efficient workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities to support daily clinic operations.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with patients, families, and team members in a professional manner.
- Comfort with basic administrative tasks, such as scheduling, record keeping, and using computer systems for data entry.
- Attention to detail and reliability in following instructions, maintaining patient confidentiality, and adhering to clinic protocols.
