BIG Education Group is looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to drive our day-to-day marketing operations, lead a talented cross-functional team, and run high-impact campaigns across multiple regions.

What You’ll Do

- Lead a team of copywriters, designers, web management, and social media specialists.
- Enforce strict brand governance across print, digital, and video collateral.
- Execute paid/organic campaigns, website initiatives, and CRM/lifecycle email workflows.
- Leverage AI marketing tools and automation to optimize workflows and speed up delivery times.

What We Are Looking For

- 5–7 years of progressive marketing experience with team leadership background.
- Strong command over written English with proofreading/editing capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with CRMs, digital ad platforms, and project management tools. Ability to handle multi-geographic requirements while strictly maintaining TAT.
