Store in-charge at Stores is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inventory management at Stores Project.
Key responsibilities include formulation of standard operating procedure and compliances. Managing daily store operations, maintaining accurate inventory records at sites. Maintaining inventory control techniques (VED/FAS/Min-Max and ABC analysis), Ensuring compliance with audit and inventory procedures, and coordinating with HO for timely scrap disposal.
The position involves oversee daily store operations, GRN, Issue and preservation of inventory, regular inventory monitoring and surplus utilization and implementing best inventory management practices at sites with minimal resources. Also, inventory reduction and optimization of inventory carrying cost and minimize the material handling and effectively utilization of material handling resources.
