We're hiring: Assistant Manager – Sales | Pune (Maharashtra)

Calco Poly Technik is growing in Maharashtra, and we're looking for a field sales professional to own the territory.

We manufacture engineering-plastic compounds – PA6, PA66, PBT including glass-filled, mineral-filled and flame-retardant grades – for automotive and electrical customers. Our plant is in Sonipat and we have a stocking warehouse in Pune.

What you'll do

- Grow existing automotive Tier-1/Tier-2 and electrical (switchgear/MCB) accounts across Pune, Chakan, Pimpri-Chinchwad, Mumbai, Nashik and Aurangabad
- Develop new customers and applications, run material trials with our NPD and QC teams, and turn approvals into regular business
- Deliver volume and margin targets, manage pricing, and keep collections on track
- Keep forecasts and pipeline up to date in Salesforce

What you bring

- 4–8 years of B2B field sales in engineering plastics,



compounds or polymer resins
- A strong network among moulders and OEMs in the Pune–Mumbai–Nashik belt
- An understanding of injection moulding and material approvals (PPAP, UL, RoHS/REACH)
- An engineering or polymer background (preferred), drive, and willingness to travel
