Job Title : Assistant Manager - Project Procurement

Location: Mumbai

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional to manage strategic sourcing and project procurement activities for Phase-2 expansion and ASRS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) projects. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in project procurement, vendor management, techno-commercial evaluation, contract negotiation, and cost optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end indirect and project procurement activities, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and compliant procurement.
- Manage strategic sourcing, vendor development, RFQ processes, and techno-commercial evaluations.
- Drive price negotiations, cost reduction, and value optimization initiatives.
- Manage vendor selection, performance evaluation, development, and relationship management.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Projects, Finance, Quality, Operations, and Management for procurement planning and execution.
- Monitor procurement budgets, PR/PO cycles, project procurement schedules, and delivery timelines.
- Prepare and maintain procurement MIS, savings reports, and performance dashboards.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies, budgets, and commercial requirements.




- Support project execution through effective procurement planning and stakeholder coordination.

9-11 years of relevant experience in Project Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, or Engineering Procurement
