Big Yellow Door Cafe is looking for a responsible, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Manager to support daily cafe operations and ensure an excellent guest experience.

The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to manage staff, maintain service standards, and handle day-to-day operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Cafe Manager in managing daily cafe operations.
- Supervise, train, and motivate cafe staff.
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and shift operations.
- Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service issues.
- Monitor inventory, stock levels, and wastage.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
- Coordinate between kitchen and front-of-house teams.
- Support sales growth and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in cafe,



restaurant, or hospitality management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to manage a team and work under pressure.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and customer service.
- Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
