- To ensure the service and system is returned to an operational state
- Responsible for Level 2 Support Functions
- Manage Windows Servers and network attached storage
- Active Directory & SQL Services
- Back-up & Restore / Disaster Recovery
Required Candidate profile
ITIL Foundation or above
Network and Systems Knowledge
Ability to configure Microsoft client/server software
Ability to setup, manage and troubleshoot Network equipment.
