- Handle preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment.

- Maintain equipment related to LVP, sterile injectables and biologics manufacturing facilities.

- Handle maintenance of HVAC, AHU, chillers, compressors, boilers, pumps and utility systems.

- Manage maintenance of autoclaves, WFI systems, purified water systems and cleanroom equipment.

- Support maintenance of manufacturing equipment such as formulation vessels, reactors, storage tanks, filtration systems and filling lines.

- Ensure GMP, cGMP, WHO-GMP and safety compliance.

- Prepare and maintain SOPs, maintenance records, breakdown reports and equipment history cards.

- Coordinate with Production, QA, QC and Utilities departments for smooth plant operations.

- Handle spare parts management, vendor coordination and equipment qualification support.

- Lead technicians and engineers and ensure timely completion of maintenance activities.
