WE ARE HIRING | Assistant General Manager Design

We are looking for an experienced professional with strong expertise in Solar PV System Design and Solar EPC projects.

Location: Navrangpura AHM

Qualification: B.E./B.Tech Electrical / Mechanical / Civil Engineering

Industry: Solar Energy / Renewable Energy / Power EPC

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage Solar PV system design and engineering activities.
- Review and validate technical drawings, design calculations and engineering documents.
- Evaluate technical proposals and drawings from vendors and subcontractors.
- Ensure quality, accuracy and standardization of design deliverables.
- Coordinate with project execution and cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and guide the design team.

Key Requirements: -Experience in Solar PV / Power EPC.

- Solid knowledge of electrical and structural engineering.
- Hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, PVSyst and Helioscope.
- Experience managing multiple solar engineering projects.
- Strong technical, analytical and coordination skills.
- M.Tech or relevant certifications will be an advantage.
