Controlling to Reduce efficient use of chemicals in the tinning process

Shift allotment of manpower

Supervise of the Tinning process in house

Achieve Goals within budget

Making decisions based on the priority of the Planning.

Ensuring quality work is safe in efficient manner

Evaluating Workers Performance

Selection of Current workers by taking interview

Maximize Productivity Of machinery & Workers

Categorize the Products which will make in the given time period for the customer & set up the production line as per requirement.

Diagnosing problems in the production line & providing recommendation.

the operation and maintenance of the ETP Plant, Tinning Plant, and Chemical Cleaning Plant

Daily basis Production Entry in Excel.

Meetings with Operation manager regarding Production on daily basis and find out the problem & resolve it
