Job Summary

Pune's preferred Corporate Daycare provider, Little Big World, now a preferred daycare in Bangalore, is looking for an Assistant Centre Head/ Assistant Centre Manager. We are looking for passionate & dedicated professionals to join the team.

This role is a full-day job for our daycare centre in Bangalore. It entails supervision and management of our corporate day care cum preschool. Duties mainly include enrollments, parent engagement, team management, recruitment, administration, and centre supervision, supported by staff members, upholding the highest standards of supervision, care, hygiene, learning, and nutrition.

Candidate must have prior experience of daycare/ preschool management in a leadership role, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact with staff, parents & children daily.

Minimum Qualification

- 30+ years of age
- At least a graduate, preferably postgraduateleast a graduate, preferably post graduate
- Must have a robust command of English
- Prior managerial experience in preschool/ daycare
- Maturity to supervise challenging operations to high standards of transparency,



integrity, professionalism, and care

Additional Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor of Education (Commerce/ education), Child Psychology/ Pediatrician/ any other field, Teacher Training Course
- Demonstrated ability to manage customer-centric operations to high-quality standards
- Computer skills, email correspondence, MS Office
