Roles & Responsibilities:

- Provide L1/L2/L3 production support for AS400 applications.
- Monitor and support batch jobs, job queues, and scheduled processes.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents within SLA timelines.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
- Support COBOL, CLLE, RPG, and DB2-based applications.
- Work on defect analysis, bug fixes, and emergency production changes.
- Review and analyze application logs, spool files, and error messages.
- Handle user queries and business support requests.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, database, and application teams during outages.
- Perform impact analysis and support release deployments.
- Participate in on-call support and production maintenance activities.
- Prepare incident reports, knowledge articles, and support documentation.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL incident, problem, and change management processes.
