About the Role

We are looking for an AI Engineer with robust Python development skills and hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs and AI-powered applications.

The candidate will be responsible for developing, deploying and improving AI-powered solutions and intelligent agents that automate software development, testing and business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and deploy AI-powered applications and intelligent AI agents using Python and LLMs.
- Work with LLM models such as OpenAI GPT, Anthropic Claude or similar.
- Design and improve prompts to ensure accurate and consistent AI-generated outputs.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), embeddings and vector databases to enable AI systems to retrieve relevant information.
- Build workflows that allow AI agents to interact with tools, APIs, databases and external systems.
- Evaluate AI-generated responses, identify errors and continuously improve output quality.
- Monitor AI applications in production and improve their performance, reliability and efficiency.
- Optimise API usage, token consumption and overall AI infrastructure costs.




- Work with modern AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor and similar platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in software development, preferably with Python.
- 1.5 years of hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs or AI agent development.
- Experience working with OpenAI, Claude, Gemini or other LLM APIs.
- Understanding of Prompt Engineering, RAG, embeddings and vector databases.
- Experience building and deploying AI-powered applications in production.
- Knowledge of API integrations, backend development and databases.
- Understanding of AI model evaluation, testing and performance optimisation.
- Hands-on experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor or GitHub Copilot.

Good to Have
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex or similar frameworks.
- Experience with Pinecone, FAISS, ChromaDB or pgvector.
- Knowledge of SQL, CI/CD and cloud platforms.
- Experience working in an AI startup or product-based company.
- Exposure to Claude models and .NET/C#.
