Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated Generative AI Developer to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade Gen AI applications and intelligent AI assistants. The candidate will work on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents, prompt engineering, and enterprise AI integrations to build scalable, production-ready AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop Generative AI applications for enterprise use cases
- Build and deploy AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary Gen AI frameworks
- Develop AI-powered chatbots, copilots, intelligent search, document understanding, and workflow automation solutions
- Implement RAG pipelines using vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
- Create APIs and backend services for AI model integration
- Work on prompt engineering, context management, evaluation, and response optimization
- Fine-tune and optimize model performance, inference efficiency, and scalability
- Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems,



business applications, and third-party platforms
- Collaborate with product, business, and engineering teams to identify and implement AI use cases
- Ensure AI governance, security, responsible AI practices, and compliance standards
- Research and evaluate emerging Gen AI tools, frameworks, and architectures

Technical Skills
- Strong experience in Python
- Hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM ecosystems:
- OpenAI APIs
- LangChain
- LlamaIndex
- Vector Databases
- RAG Architecture
- AI Agents & Tool Calling
- Experience in prompt engineering and LLM orchestration
- Understanding of embeddings, semantic search, and context retrieval techniques
- Experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture
- Database knowledge:
- SQL
- NoSQL
- Familiarity with cloud platforms:
- AWS / Azure / GCP
